Bulk Material Delivery & Spreading
Load, transport and place mulch, gravel, topsoil, sand or compost exactly where it is needed. Materials can be sourced for you or supplied by you. Delivery is priced on distance — see the service area.
Trenching & Excavation
Precise trenches for water lines, electrical conduit, drainage tile or downspout extensions. Stubborn stumps dug out, and footings excavated for small decks, sheds and building additions.
Material & Debris Removal
Dump trailering and collection for excavated dirt, heavy organic debris, tree stumps, buried rock, fallen limbs and logs, seasonal leaf cleanups and storm damage.
Field Mowing & Trail Maintenance
Covered in full above — also available on an hourly basis for one-off clearing of heavy overgrowth.

Driveway Repair & Restructuring
Subgrade and base compaction assessed, potholes cut out, fresh gravel hauled and spread, drainage ditches cleared or cut, finished with a proper crown and surface smoothing so water runs off instead of sitting.
Site Prep & Land Clearing
Brush, briars, small saplings, surface roots, vines and invasive species mechanically removed from open and semi-wooded ground — with or without scraping off topsoil. Thick brush and trees cut, stumps pulled, debris piled or hauled away.
Drainage Installations
Driveway culverts replaced and tile drainage installed to a measured fall, so standing water, soft ground and washouts stop being a yearly problem.
Site Prep
Ground cleared and levelled ahead of a shed, outbuilding, addition or food plot.

What we are not
Being honest about scope saves everybody a wasted site visit. Alloway is a light-excavation and land management operation, not a commercial earthmoving contractor.
No foundation work
Footings for decks, sheds and small additions — not basements or commercial foundations.
No large-scale commercial
Residential, agricultural and recreational land. Happy to subcontract hourly work to contractors.
No snow or salt
Not offered. Mowing and vegetation work runs through the growing season.
