The person quotingis the person working.
Alloway Land Services is owner-operated out of Hemlock, Michigan — one person, accountable from the first phone call to the last pass of the blade.
Jonathan Alloway
Twenty-plus years managing wooded and agricultural land — both at home in Hemlock and on Beaver Island in Lake Michigan. That is where the care side of this work comes from: habitat, wildlife, drainage, and land that is still in good shape in ten years.
Alongside it, a sixteen-year career in site facilities management and capital construction purchasing for chemical and automotive manufacturing plants. Scoping work, holding contractors to it, and seeing projects through to a finished result — applied now to properties instead of plants.
Alloway Land Services runs on that combination: someone who understands how a job should be planned and delivered, who also genuinely enjoys being out on the land doing it.
